CMI North vs. South @ Sacramento Raceway - October 3, 2004

This was one of the best CMI events for BlackTrax yet. Everyone hit his and her personal bests! The weather was great and we couldn't ask for a better weekend to wrap up the season at Sac.

Contratulations to the winners! We'll see you next year at winter warm-up's!

Joone finally broke into the 12's reaching his best at 12.71 with his All Motor stock bottom end H22A EG.

Joone was able to drop his e.t's from 13.5's down to 12.7's by concentrating on his launches and 60 foot times.

Recent modifications since last CMI: DTR Fab side exit header, BlackTrax Custom H22 Intake Manifold, Hondata ECU. Dyno'd at 210whp

Alan's LS turbo EG hit record times of 12.8 thanks to a Quaife LSD and GSR tranny swap.

Recent modifications since last CMI: GSR tranny swap, Quaife LSD installation and increased boost to 9psi.

Natalie and her high compression H22A4 hit her best of 14.1 on street slicks with a NOS single fogger 60 shot. She stayed into the 3rd round of the Outlaw class hitting consistant 14.1's.

Recent modifications since last CMI: Built engine and new clutch.

Recently, Dalton swapped out his LS-Vtec for another B16A. With a complete BlackTrax cylinder head build, Aki custom fabricated another race header for research and development. He ran his personal best of 13.2.

On street slicks, Alex hit his personal best of 14.3 with his All Motor stock bottom end H22A. He was able to make it into the 4th round of the Competition class until he bogged off the line and was eliminated.

It's believed by many on the street that this car is either squeezing nitrous or is turbocharged, therefore we added this picture of his all motor H22A to rid the speculation. Recent modifications since last CMI: Front and rear suspension upgrades.
